• Personalized AI Agent for coaching and motivation
• Interactive calendar and personalized notifications

The data you provide (username, email, tasks, progress) is used exclusively to:

Provide and improve our services, personalize your user experience, send you important notifications regarding your account, and ensure platform security. No data is used for third-party marketing or resale.

6. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

• Protect your password and not share it with third parties
• Inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

7. Pricing and Payment

Flayn offers a free plan and premium subscriptions. Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and may be modified at any time. Payments are processed securely via certified third-party payment providers.

In accordance with European legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are processed within 30 business days.

All content on Flayn, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Flayn or its content suppliers and is protected by French and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flayn strives to provide a reliable and secure service. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Flayn will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time by deleting your account from the settings. Flayn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these GTS. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
